cwahl notes for VR2C SMC setup.

1. save original VR2C driver that comes preinstalled on the SMC
2. copy/modify the driver with the parameters shown in this driver. power bit may need to be added(ex "sudo SetPowerSwitch 3 1"/"sudo SetPowerSwitch 3 0"), serial port (ex "ttyLX2") and serial number modified (ex "450093")
3. Task ID is unique to the driver type. Board ID should match the id listed in the Payload Manager driver.
4. remove .disabled file that is in this directory.  It is a hidden/system file.
5. restart SMC
6. WGMS config will need to be requested to handle the VR2C data.
