OCR General Notes Written: 18 Aug 2022, Jacki Long Cleaning the sensor: From Seabird, "Be sure to not use acetone or other solvents to clean any part of the sensor. It is made of ABS plastic and optical epoxy, and can be damaged by solvents. Also please avoid using an abrasive cleaner as the critical surfaces could be damaged. Recommend washing with soapy water to remove oil if required, and drying the sensor with a soft non abrasive cloth. You can check out the "Sensor Maintenance" section of your specific models user manual for more detail." The sensor maintenance section pretty much just states to use a clean microfiber cloth, and rinse with fresh water before and after every deployment.
