Steps for using this automated script: 1. Download new file from MFET and add it to the surpH004 folder. a. Connect to sensor via Tera Term. Serial port and BAUD Rate 115200 Hit Enter -> nak, Hit Enter -> nak, Hit Enter -> nak, type: Stop files ls ys [most recent filename.txt] (in upper menu) file -> transfer -> ymodem -> receive type: exit configure rename file b. File naming convention: S4 (surpH004) TT (Test Tank) MMDD (month day sensor is redeployed) .txt 2. Make sure to take a spec pH sample when redeploying the sensor. a. File naming convention: TT_ (Test Tank) YYYYMMDD_ (year month day) HHMM (hour minute) .txt 3. Run LongTermAnalysis.m to update the plot. Make sure you are at MBARI or on VPN. a. This function will stitch together the MFET, Test Tank CTD, and spec pH data files into one data table. b. The first k0 value will be used to calculate pH but this can be changed. Other k0 values will be calculated if there is a spec sample aligned with the data. Otherwise the output will be NaN. 4. Save updated figure with the filename: surpH004_TT_YYYYMMDD to folder/figures a. YYYYMMDD is the current date.
