ft_k0_spec_ph.txt is the composite file for all spec measurements from the seawater lab flow through system for calibrations.

Comments column MUST meet one of the following formats:
1. XX_yyyymmdd_HHMM
2. XX_yyyymmdd_HHMM_replicate
3. junk

XX: Location of seawater
FT: Flow through system from the wet lab
MT: Mini tank in building G high bay
TT: Test tank in building B

All other formats will not be processed correctly.

ft_k0_spec_ph.txt is uploaded to Penguin SQL Server with "C:\Users\bwerb\Documents\GitHub\Penguin\archive\upload_ft_k0_spec_ph.m"
