The mount is attached the sheet metal with a stacked (2 layer) pieces of 3M VHB Tape 5962.  The foam is soft and provides vibration isolation which may or may not be needed.

Random M2.5 screws/nuts in Paul C.'s fastener collection were used.  The plastic pieces are glued togther using a plastic welding glue.
