bottom cap (innerBellowsLowerBulkhead) of internal bellows should be clocked so that 1/8" tubing fitting is directly opposite wire tray and coming up between the two back arms of X on innerBellowsMtgPlate.  This will put the other two (1/4") connectors right behind the wire tray (front-outer) and to the right side ('middle' connector) when looking at the wire tray.  These connectors should align between the X-arms on the innerBellowsMtgPlate.

1/8" tubing from outside connector on bottom of internal bellows to case drain should be 12.5"
Requires 4-40x.75 (or 5/8) shcs + lw + fw + .25 spacer + 1/8" p-clip

Case drain barb should be up to left at 45deg

1/4" tubing from middle connector on bottom of internal bellows to bottom of filter (and then to pump) should be 12"
Requires 4-40x.375 shcs + lw + fw + 3/8" p-clip


1/4" tubing from outside connector on bottom of internal bellows to PRV outlet should be 9.5"
Requires 4-40x.375 shcs + lw + fw + 3/8" p-clip


Screw InnerReservoirTopSidePlug into innerBellowUpperBulkhead taking note of location of the head of the string pot anchoring screw.  When assembling the bulkheads into the bellows, the head of this anchoring screw should be aimed directly between the two 1/4" tubing fittings on the lower bellows.  This will align it directly with the front right arm of the innerBellowsMtgPlate

On elexModule #1, the spacers at the bottom of the FiberLight were turned down to 0.483" (spacer #92510A625 was used).  8-32 x 7/8 SHCS used to secure bottom of FiberLight

On elexModule #2, one of the spacers at the bottom of the FiberLight was turned down to 0.488" (spacer #92510A625 was used).  8-32 x 7/8 SHCS used to secure bottom of FiberLight.  The other spacer was left at 0.50".

Also had to make a shim for bracket at bottom of elex tray (that Fiberlight and spectrometer attach to).  Because of the way the elex tray was bent, the bracket was slightly angled downward when tightened to the tray.  Not a perfectly square bend?  Put a small amount of epoxy to keep shim from falling.
