1.  Install MS VS 2013 community
2.  Install MicroFrameworkSDK
3.  Run netmfvs2013
4.  Install GHI Elecrontics NetMF SDK 2016 R1

Click on the search thingy
Type "Turn windows features on or off"
Select .Net framework 3.5 (includes.....
