You may distribute unlimited copies of this software, including copies for commercial distribution, provided that each copy that you make and distribute contains this agreement, the Utility Software installer and the same copyright and other notices pertaining to this software that appear in the software.

The software is owned by Dutile, Glines and Higgins Corporation and the source code, source code structure and source code organization are the valuable property of Dutile, Glines and Higgins Corporation. This software is protected by United States Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions. This agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the software or the software source code.

3. Version Information

This is Utility Software intended for configuring data acquisition modules. Dutile, Glines and Higgins Corporation is not responsible for the misuse or problems caused by use of this software.
