The CPF hex data reports the last value in time first. I need to flip the array from each profile. 
The last measurement should be the first.
Remember, data is generated on the ascent phase.
The timestamp of the SBD is the time the float surfaced at the end of its profile.

Ctrls: How valid is the assumption that weight = constant buoyant force? Yes, this is a valid assumption.
Note: If the CPF goes thru the outlet of say, a river, the density will change significantly.

Ctrls: How to convert from revs/s to m^3/s. Is the pumpDisplacement in units of m^3/rev? Yes.


Ctrls: Can we linearize at velocity != 0?
I think no because the xdot vector isn't zero.
