This extension creates and adds new Shapefiles without using ArcCatalog.  This permits customization of Shapefiles in the following way:

- Editing the fields collection for the new shapefile (adding new fields, setting their parameters, such as precision and scale for numeric fields, and length for string fields)

- Changing the default projection (coordinate system) for the shapefile. Unlike the fields collection, that can be edited after creating the   shapefile, its coordinate system can be set at creation time only

- Delete All button in Fields… dialog

- Some bugs fixes


Requirements: 
	ArcGIS 8.1 installed

Installation Instruction: 
	Unpack the EnhancedShapefileCreator.zip zip-file to any folder.
	Run setup.exe and follow the instructions. Run ArcMap. 
	The Enhanced Create Shapefile command will appear at the end of Standard Toolbar. Another way of using this command is to add it to any other toolbar from Customize... dialog of ArcMap (Command category->TaigaGIS extensions)
