20230824: THOON WW GDF6 WireWalker controller C001019 and GDF6 showed noisy Vk_std and Ik on initial tests. Peter Walz cleaned ISFET surface of grease, deployed in beaker of FSW with MSC. Looked good. Tested C001019 and GDF6 against control sensor SBE_10333 and C001023. Found that the std's are taken differently in the WW vs mFET modes of operation. This is because the WW mode does a 'data barf' streaming at 2Hz and averages the SPS differently than traditional mFET mode (10 SPS). Swapped sensors with controllers and didn't seem to make a difference. Did a "Nernstian Response" test with C001019 and GDF6 paired with the control sensor. This was performed once in WW mode, and once in mFET mode. 1ml of 0.1N HCl + 0.6M NaCl was added 4x times, and then 40-50mls of DIW were added after to check both ISFET and Reference performance. Both looked good. Conclusion: Sensor surface cleaning fixed the noisy Vk and Ik. Figures: - 20230816_YT_all_delVrs_WWmode - 20230810_YT_all_delVrs_mFETmode
