Created a Revision 4 to try to incorporate the stir motors and Pressure analog 
back to Elmo's.  This requires ethernet to ESP to come out of main can to the 
ELmo can and then to ESP.  The stir motors need a Pie connector added the main can.

changed J6 to J10 to match System drawing (Power and comms in from ROV)
changed P1 to J16 to match System drawing (Ethernet to ESP)
changed J7 to P5 to match System drawing  (Power to ESP)
changed ASSM1 to AMMS10 to match system drawing (JWS300-12)

on System Drawing: (10/5/05) 
added wire to ASSM3 from Dwarf power board to power bus
added wire to MINM15FCRL connectors from 24VDC

on Basoon Comms harness: (10/5/05 CE)
changed P1 to J13 to match system drawing   

on Linear Actuator Harness: (10/5/05 CE)
changed J3 to J25 to match system drawing
changed J8 to J26 to match system drawing
changed J6 to J8 to match system drawing


on System Drawing: (10/13/05 CE)  
changed all MCDC8F_BLK and MCDC8M_BLK to MCIL8's
added a RS232-TTL unit to Debug cable

NOTE:  need to verify RX, TX on comm harness's
