UnionTech neeeds to have no horizontal final surfaces.

	make much lead-in chamfer to help guide early into postion as well as vertical aligment so that it does not catch on plate

Flush puck:
	needs to be thinner at bottom diameter so that it can move up to the clamp.  this may be a problem with the screw level
