AB: To investigate the effects of ozone and aerosol on surface spectral UV radiation(SUV), SUV and total ozone are measured by Brewer spectrophotometer(MK-IV, \#148) located at Yonsei University, Seoul from October, 1997 to September, 1998. AOD was calculated by using a rotating shadowband radiometer data at the same site and time of total ozone and SUV measurements. The ozone and aerosol effects obtained from measurement and calculation were compared with those of TUV model. RAF for ozone depends on reference total ozone difference as well as wavelength. With the larger difference in total ozone, RAF went up. RAFs for aerosol depend on wavelength and reference AOD difference. When AOD difference is higher, RAF is higher. After aerosol effect was applied to TUV model, accuracy was improved better than that with no calibration.
