TI: Geoid change about Greenland resulting from past and present-day changes in the Greenland Ice Sheet

AB: We have produced predictions of contempory spatial and temporal changes in the geoid about Greenland arising from glacial-isostatic adjustment, with the aim of resolving to what degree such changes may be detectable by gravity space missions (CHAMP, GRACE). These geoid changes may be divided into those resulting from the ongoing effect of the deglaciation following the Last Glacial Maximum, and those from present-day variations in the global ice regime. We will focus on the Greenland Ice Sheet, making use of two mass-balance models that have been derived from independent sources.
