Groundwater velocity estimate from a drift pump back teset change depending on the length of drift time. Generally, smaller
velocity estimates are obtained when the drift time increases. Push pull test is an injection and withdrawal test and the
dispersivity estimates from the push pull test without drift time are usually smaller than those from the radially
convergent-flow tracer test. In order to resolve these differences, we performed push pull tests for various resting phases.
An analytical solution and moment value are obtained to analyze the push-pull test data with resting phases. Tracer tests
with bromide ion as a tracer were performed under various resting conditions. The test results are compared with those
obtained from natural-gradient and convergent-flow tracer experiments in bench and field scales.
