Knowledge on precipitation recycling is an important access to understand the the impact of radiative forcing on the regional
water cycle and water availability. In this paper, a recycling model was developed as a precipitation recycling diagnosis
tool. The recycling diagnosis tool will be introduced. Results from tests performed with artificial data will be presented to
evaluate this three-dimensional diagnosis tool. We will apply the recycling diagnosis tool to data from climate model
simulations performed with CCSM with recent CO\_2 and increased CO\_2 to examine the impact of radiation changes on local
recycling of precipitation. The analysis will focus on the temporal and spatial changes.
