AB: How can we engage students in scientifically valid interpretation of observations? This presentation describes an approach to teaching/ learning that begins by tapping the "curiosity sets" of the students who are enrolled in a course. Classroom experience should lead to full student-involvement. Examples of final seminar presentations+ by students, whose learning processes were engaged by this method, will be described.
