People are bombarded with messages - so many messages from so many sources clamoring for attention, that it exceeds the
capacity of any human to pay attention to all of them. Technology and media have proliferated, creating more channels and
more ways to reach people--and at the same time, audiences who are more skilled at tuning out. How can you reach people
without reducing your message to the dreaded sound byte? How can you make sure that your message has complexity and staying
power. How can you get people to pay attention at all? The answers may be simpler than you think. The author will present
case studies of effective communication approaches and information about applying them to your own situation.
