By using one-way and two-way Doppler X-band tracking data of Mars Global Surveyor (MGS) from March 1998 to December 2003, the
determination of the time-varying zonal gravity coefficients J2 and J3 and of the second degree Love number (k2) has been
undertake. The amplitudes of the temporal variations of J2, J3 and the k2 value may be compared to those of modelled signals
derived from Mars GCMs (global circulation models) and to previously obtained solutions.
