AB: A 10-year, mesospheric temperature climatology was produced using the Rayleigh-scatter lidar at the Atmospheric Lidar Observatory at Utah State University. Each of approximately 600 nights in this mid-latitude (41.7$\deg$N, 111.8$\deg$W) climatology was examined for mesospheric inversion layers (MILs). Many of the MIL findings, in particular, the seasonal change in altitude, amplitude, and probability of occurrence are similar to those found at other mid-latitude locations. However, this detailed MIL analysis found several new results including a high probability of multiple inversions for a single profile, an increase in MIL amplitude with altitude, and little seasonal variation for large amplitude MILs.
