AB: This presentation summarizes the findings of Working Group III of the 2007 report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), with a special emphasis on buildings. The IPCC report in this area includes baseline scenarios, mitigation technologies and practices, institutional issues and economics, policy experience, and mitigation scenarios.
