AB: There are many parameters which have been found to have varying degrees of correlation with solar flares. We present a framework for combining multiple sources of predictive information to produce a single likelihood value for flare occurrence. The framework is intended as a development tool for flare prediction studies and makes use of the Collaborative Sun-Earth Connector (CoSEC).
