Downloading Data: Convert Uncorrected Depths

Depth values are stored in the Marine Trackline Geophysics Database in the uncorrected 2-way travel time field, and/or in the corrected depth field. Check this option to have the GEODAS software use Carter's Tables to calculate corrected depth in meters for all records which have a value for two-way travel time. (This corrected depth value will replace any existing corrected depth value in that field.)

Note: NOS Hydrographic Surveys data are already corrected for sound Velocity.
