WELCOME to the Digital Archive of the IEEE Oceanic Engineering Society (OES). This archive includes most of the IEEE literature in the field of oceanic engineering, according to the OES Field of Interest (FOI). The FOI includes all applications of electrical and electronics engineering pertaining to all bodies of water. Design, testing and applications of water-oriented systems, subsystems, and components are also included, in addition to scientific, technical and industrial applications, or other activities that contribute to the field, or utilize the techniques or products of oceanic engineering.
