David O. Walsh received the B.S.E.E. degree from Iowa State University, Ames, IA, in 1990 and the M.S. in ECE from the University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ, in January 1993.From January, 1993 through December 1993, he was a research assistant at the University of Arizona studying the application of the higher-order based analysis techniques to the problem of signal detection. Since January 1994, he has been with the Information System Laboratories in Vienna, VA, working on signal and array processing problems. His research interests include signal and image processing, super resolution, and signal detection/estimation.
