Steven R. Best (S'86) was born in Saint John, NB, Canada, on June 2, 1961. He received the B.Sc.E. degree in electrical engineering from the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton, NB, Canada, in 1983 and is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree, also at the University of New Brunswick. His research interests include antenna phase center modeling and GPS antenna analysis.
