John F. Scott received the B.S. degree from University of Maryland, Eastern Shore Campus, Princess Anne, MD, in 1977.

Since graduation he has been employed by EG&G Washington Analytical Services Center, Pocomoke City, MD, as a Computer Programmer attached to both the NASA Surface Contour Radar and Airborne Oceanographic Lidar projects.
