Ken J. Hickey received the B.Sc. degree in computer science from Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John's, NF, Canada, in 1982.Since that time he has been employed at C-CORE (Centre for Cold Oceans Resources Engineering) with the Remote Sensing Group in the area of HF radar research and development. He is presently pursuing the M.Eng. degree in electrical engineering at Memorial. His research, involving ocean surface current estimation via HF radar, is being carried out under the supervision of Dr. John Walsh.
