Eurico J. D'Sa was born in Goa, India, in 1955. He obtained the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Bombay, Bombay, India.He is presently a Research Scientist in the Marine Instrumentation and Computer Division of the National Institute of Oceanography, Goa, India. His research interest is in the application of digital image processing techniques to oceanography.
