Michael P. Bruce received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, in 1982 and 1983, respectively.From 1984 to 1989 he was a research engineer at the Environmental Research Institute of Michigan, Ann Arbor. There he was involved in various aspects of synthetic-aperture radar image formation and exploitation. He is currently a Senior Member, Technical Staff, Charles Stark Draper Laboratory. Inc., Cambridge, MA. His research interests include adaptive signal processing, image processing, and spectrum estimation.
