Joseph J. Fee received the MSEE degree from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, in 1962.He has been engaged in numerous R&D aspects of navigation, communication, and surveillance for over 14 years. He has been a member of The METREK Division of The MITRE Corporation technical staff for the past four years, and is currently Group Leader for Maritime Administration systems engineering support.
