Keith A. Reuben (S'77-M'79) was born in Rangoon, Burma, on November 23, 1947.He received the B.Sc. and M.Eng. degrees from Concordia University, Montréal, Canada, in 1976 and 1983, respectively.
From 1972 to 1975 he was employed at GTE Sylvania, where he worked in the design of television receivers. From 1976 to 1984 he was employed at Concordia University where he was responsible for the Electronics and Communications Laboratories. At present he is the Project Manager at International Sigma Security, Inc., Brossard, Que., Canada, responsible for the design and development of electromagnetic surveillance systems.
