Jonathan Bredow received the B.S.E.E. degree from Kansas State University, Manhattan, in 1977, and the M.S.B.M.E. degree from Iowa State University, Ames, in 1980. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering at the University of Kansas, Lawrence.From 1981 to 1983 he designed biomedical instrumentation for the Menninger Foundation in Topeka, KS. During 1983 and 1984 he was a Research Associate at Chung Yuan Christian University in Chung-Li, Taiwan. Since 1985 he has been doing research at the UniversiLy of Kansas Radar Systems and Remote Sensing Laboratory.
