Richard Mann received the B.Eng. degree in computer engineering and management from McMaster University, Hamilton, ON, Can., in 1988, where he is currently working towards the M. Eng. degree in electrical engineering. His interests are in the areas of computer vision, neural networks, pattern recognition, and parallel processing.
