Titus K. Y. Lo (S'85-M'88) received the B.A.Sc. degree from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, B.C., Canada, in 1986 and the M. Eng. degree from McMaster University, Hamilton, Ont., Canada, in 1989, both in electrical engineering.Since 1988, he has been with the Communications Research Laboratory. McMaster University, where he is working as a Research Engineer. His areas of research interest include neural networks, advanced signal processing techniques, and their applications in wireless communications and remote sensing.
