Brian H. Tracey was born in Philadelphia, PA, in 1967. He received the B.A. degree in physics from Kalamazoo College, MI, in 1988 and the S.M. and Ph.D. degrees in ocean engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, in 1992 and 1995, respectively.
During 1996, he worked as a Post-Doctoral Associate at MIT, and is currently a Senior Scientist at Cambridge Collaborative, Inc., Cambridge, MA. His research interests include modal theory, scattering and the effects of media randomness, and structural acoustics.
Dr. Tracey is a member of the Acoustical Society of America.
