Dion C. M. Horvat received the B.A.Sc. and M.A.Sc. degrees in electronics engineering from Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, BC, Canada, in 1987 and 1990, respectively.He is presently employed by VTECH Engineering Canada, Ltd. His current interests focus on the design and development of spread spectrum telecommunications equipment.
