Bernd Clauberg received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 1989. In 1991 he received the Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge.He worked on adaptive control theory as a Draper fellow at the Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Cambridge, MA, from 1990 to 1991. Currently he is with the Electronic Ballast Systems Group at the North American Philips Corporation, Briarcliff Manor, NY.
