Pierre Da Sylva graduated from the Algonquin College of Arts and Technology, Ottawa, Ont., Canada in 1979.Since joining Interactive Circuits and Systems (ICS) Limited, Ottawa, Ont., he has been involved in the design and development of a variety of realtime signal processing systems for sonar, radar, and remote-sensing applications. He has authored several technical reports and papers and is currently involved in the development of a systolic processor architecture for radar signal processing.
