Béatrice Déniel received the Ph D degree in Electronics from the Université de Bretagne Occidentale in Brest (France) in December 1991. Since 1992 she has been with the company CISI at Brest. She is currently working for the GESMA (Groupe d'Etudes Sous-Marines de l'Atlantique) in the magnetism group. Her primary interest lies in the area of signal processing : noise cancellation for magnetic signal and more recently, detection of electromagnetic signal.
