Richard C. Robinson(M'65) has earned degrees in electrical and mechanical engineering.He is presently Chief Engineer of the Shenandoah Systems Company of Vienna, VA. Prior to this, he had been employed by Tetra Tech, Inc., the Central Intelligence Agency, the Center for Naval Analysis, Booz-Allen Applied Research, and several aerospace research and development firms. In recent years, he has concentrated on Naval systems studies with emphasis on the impact of emerging technology upon future Naval operational systems. He is a frequent contributor to the literature on unmanned tactical system requirements and technology.
Mr. Robinson is a member of the IEEE's Aerospace and Electronic Systems and Oceanic Engineering Societies, the Marine Technology Society, the U.S. Naval Institute, Tau Beta Pi, and Eta Kappa Nu.
