Jerry Kathnelson spent 18 years working in the Heat and Thermometry Section of the Division of Physics, National Research Council of Canada. During this period of time he was involved in the establishment and maintenance of International Temperature Standards, and Primary Standards for Canada. He also contributed to a variety of innovative instruments and techniques for solving temperature-related industrial problems.Since December of 1981 he has been on the staff of Valera Electronics, Inc., Ottawa, Canada, as Senior Product Engineer.
