Joseph A. Mingrone received the B.S.E.E. degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University in 1974.He worked at the Naval Underwater Systems Center from 1974 through 1984 where he was involved in data acquisition system design and testing. He is currently Senior Design Engineer at C & M Technology, Inc. in Old Saybrook, CT.
