Chi-Ming Leung (S'90) received the B.Sc. degree in mathematics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the M.A. degree in mathematics from the University of British Columbia, Canada, and the M.Sc. degree in statistics from McMaster University, Canada, in 1969, 1971, and 1975, respectively.He is currently a Ph.D. student in the department of electrical and computer engineering, University of Victoria, Canada. His current research interests include image processing and digital filtering.
