Ehsan Mesbahi born in Iran in 1964, studied in Marine Engineering College in India and Zahedan University in Iran towards his degree of BSc and obtained his Master degree in 1990 from Newcastle University where he is currently a lecturer, researcher and a candidate for a degree of PhD. His research interest is focused on intelligent control, artificial neural networks, marine system modelling and learning systems.
