Jeffrey H. Parker, a Senior Scientist with Science Applications International Corp. since 1984, has been conducting environmental and bathymetric surveys since 1971. At SAIC, he has helped develop software to improve the overall efficiency of hydrographic surveying and data analysis as well as acquiring and processing acoustic data. Mr. Parker most recently developed the MBHAT package used for the NOAA survey project. Mr. Parker holds a B.S. from Johns Hopkins University and an M.S. from SUNY at Stony Brook in Environmental Studies.
