Paul L. Feintuch (S'66-M'67) received the B.S.E.E. degree from Cooper Union, New York, NY, in 1967, and the M.S.E.E. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, in 1969 and 1972, respectively.He is currently with the Hughes Aircraft Company, Fullerton, CA, where he is Senior Scientist in the Systems Laboratory, with primary interest in research and development in all aspects of sonar signal processing and in the applications of adaptive filtering and waveform design to sonar systems. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Southern California.
Dr. Feintuch is Past Chairman of the Los Angeles Chapter of the IEEE Professional Group on Information Theory.
