Timothy C. Gallaudet is a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy. He received the B.S. degree in oceanography from the United States Naval Academy in 1989 and the M.S. degree from Scripps Institute of Oceanography, University of California at San Diego, La Jolla, CA, in 1991. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree at Scripps.
From 1991 to 1997, he served in a variety of assignments at sea and ashore performing duties relating to hydrography, meteorological forecasting, and tactical oceanographic support. Upon completion of the doctoral program at Scripps in 2001, LCDR Gallaudet will report to the aircraft carrier USS Constellation.
