John C. Galli was born in Portsmouth, R. I., on December 23, 1956. He received the B. S. Ed. degree in mathematics with high honors from the University of Florida in 1974. He received the M. S. degree in mathematics from Texas A & M University in 1978.He has served four years in the U.S. Air Force as an Electronics Technician. Since 1979, he has been employed by the Submarine Signal Division of Raytheon Company, Portsmouth, R. I., where he has developed computer programs to simulate cavitation and reverberation using autoregressive modeling techniques.
Mr. Galli is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Pi Mu Epsilon.
